Really pretty original Art Deco period synthetic ruby and diamond made in France c1920, when they were first experimenting with this technology.
It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and white gold setting.
It is set in the centre with a synthetic ruby of hexagonal shape which is surrounded by a single row of very small old round-cut diamonds in this beautiful octagonal design.
