Pretty original Edwardian period ring made in England c1900 to 1915 and set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting.
It is set in the centre with a beautiful oval-shaped rich blue sapphire stone set within six claws.
On each side of the centre stone we have a pair of old round-cut diamonds and at each end of the ring a smaller oval-shaped sapphire set in a similar setting.
It was surely a design made to order at the time.
