It was made in England C1920 and is from the Art Deco period.
It is set in a fine eighteen carats yellow gold setting with wonderful rich blue cushion cut sapphire in the centre set in a fine clawed setting.
This is surrounded by old four old brilliant-cut diamonds set at the four points of the centre sapphire stone.
