Very unusual ring made in England c1915-1920, set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting, and consists of a synthetic ruby in a very unusual shape of an hexagon with a dimple in the middle where an old-brilliant-cut diamond is set in a Milgrain setting.
A very beautiful and finely made piece.
