Unusual and rare original Georgian period diamond set ring.
Made in England c1770 it is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and silver fronted setting with a single cushion cut diamond in the centre set in a rub over setting.
It is also set on each shoulder with three old european cut diamonds in a floral design with the sides of the ring having a split shank design.
