Really unusual diamond and sapphire three-stone ring made in France c1920, in the Art Deco period.
It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting and it is set in the centre with an oval rose-cut diamond set within four claws in a square shape.
Each side is set with a single trillion-cut sapphire stone in a very fine setting. The shank of the ring is in eighteen-carat yellow gold, unusual for the period.
