Very unusual late-Victorian period diamond ring, made c 1890 in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting, with a centre cushion-cut diamond set within six claws, surrounded by four old round-cut diamonds in a very unusual cluster style, shaped like a cross or like a wind rose.
