Beautiful original vintage ruby and diamond-set ring made c1940. It set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and white gold setting and is set in the centre with a round-cut ruby set within six clauses. This is surrounded by six brilliant-cut diamonds set in a twin claw setting and the shoulders of the ring are beautifully decorated in what’s known as a split shank design.
The ruby weight is sixty points and the diamond weight eighty points.
