Really unusual sapphire and diamond set vintage ring made c1940-1950 and set in a fine handmade platinum setting.
It is set in the centre with a rich blue cushion-cut sapphire stone set in six claws.
The weight of the sapphire stone is five carats.
It is simply surrounded by a single row of very long emerald-cut diamonds in a beautiful oval setting.
