It is simply set on each side with a pair of emerald-cut diamonds set side by side in a very Art Deco geometric style pattern.

Antique and vintage clip-on earrings are quite unusual. This beautiful pair have come from the Art Deco. There were made c1920 to 1930 and each earring is set in a fine eighteen-carat white gold setting.
The centre is a large cultured pearl followed by brilliant-cut diamonds at the base of the pearl and all going around in a wonderful swirling pattern with small gaps in between each of the diamonds.
