Exceptionally pretty original Edwardian five-stone ruby and diamond set ring set in a fine handmade eighteen-carat yellow gold carved setting with a beautiful rich red ruby stone in the centre with a diamond to each side, followed by a smaller ruby stone at each end of the ring.
