Magnificent original antique sapphire and diamond set ring made in England c1930-1940 and set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting. It is set in the centre with a rich blue oval-shaped sapphire stone set within eight claws.
The sapphire weight is two carats. It is surrounded by a single row of brilliant-cut diamonds, with slightly larger ones at the top and at the sides.
