Delightful little bug brooch. They were particularly popular in the Victorian and Edwardian eras, and this piece was made in France c1920 to 1930. It is set in eighteen-carat yellow gold. It has acabochon-cut malachite stones for eyes and the top of its body and the tail are set with small old rose cut diamonds.
