Exceptionally pretty original Edwardian period single-stone diamond set solitaire ring made in England c1910-1915, and set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting.
It is set in the centre with a transitional-cut diamond set within six claws.

The diamond weight is two carats and fourteen points. It is a colour H, and a clarity Vs2.
