Really unusual vintage brooch made in Italy c1950 to 1960.
It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting with a beautiful old brilliant-cut diamond in the centre set within six claws.
Smaller diamonds set in a very fine rub-over are surrounding it, and the outer row is decorated with cabochon-cut turquoise stones set in gold wirework.
