An original Georgian period pieces of jewellery, this ring made in England c1780 to 1800. It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold setting, silver fronted, set with a beautiful old round-cut diamond. The highlight of the ring is the beautiful blue enamel which is in near perfect condition. The border is beautifully executed in a floral design and it is decorated on the shoulders of the ring in a split shank design.
