Really pretty and touching original Georgian brooch in England c1800. It is set in a fine gold setting on the perimeter. It is set with a single row of garnet stones set in a rub-over setting. The centre is set with a series of rows of paste which was very popular in the Georgian era, and surrounding it a single row of natural pearls. It is in an exceptional original condition.
