Beautiful original antique sapphire and diamond set ring made in the Edwardian period in England c1910 to 1915.
It is set in a fine eighteen-carat yellow gold and platinum setting and set in the centre with a rich blue oval-shaped sapphire stone set within six claws.
A single old brilliant-cut diamond is set on the top and bottom of the sapphire. On the shoulders, smaller diamonds are set in a beautiful oval-shaped setting.
