It is set in a fine handmade platinum setting and set in the centre with a beautiful heart-shaped pink sapphire stone set in a rub-over setting. On each side two beautiful oval blue sapphire stones are set. Interspersed amongst these are old round-cut diamonds in a beautiful lozenge shape.
