It is set in a fine handmade platinum setting with a beautiful emerald-cut Colombian emerald of outstanding colour and clarity in the centre set in a Milgrain setting and surrounded by two rows of old brilliant-cut diamonds in an oblong design the shoulders of the ring are highlighted with small old round-cut diamonds.

The diamond weight here is approximately thirty points and it is known as a three-stone twist ring.
It is a really unusual ring and very, very finely made.
